Product vs customer service

My daughter loves the shoes however delivery time was horrible. We ordered nearly 3 weeks before Christmas but took 5 weeks to arrive. And we live only 4 hours from the shipping location. I tried to call, chat and email and took 2 weeks to get a response. So was truly disappointed with the customer service side.
